CREATION
Bruno FINE found Roche-Brune, a company specialized in investment consulting and capital development.

2003

PROTOTYPING
Launching of the fund RB CAPITAL ACTIONS, based on a proprietary stock picking methodology : M.U.S.T.® (Measurement Under Standardized Tools).

2004

STARTING - INCUBATION
While the asset under management of RB CAPITAL ACTIONS is growing, Bruno FINE concludes an incubation contract with NewAlpha Advisors, subsidiary company of ADI (a company specialized in alternative investments).
Roche-Brune obtains its agreement as an Asset Management Company on August 26th 2004.

2005

INCUBATION IS A SUCCESS
RB CAPITAL ACTIONS obtain the European passport (UCIT 3). Bruno FINE buys back the shares of ADI in Roche-Brune.

2006

AUTONOMOUS DEVELOPMENT
In January, the arrival of Alexandre HEZEZ – associate, COO, and fund manager – mark the end of the incubation period and the reengineering of the M.U.S.T.® tool for a better adaptability to all economic segments (in Europe and the United States)
Launching of RB EURO STYLES in March of 2006.
Launching of RB CAPITAL PRUDENCE in October of 2006.
The M.U.S.T.® trademark is registered in more than 20 countries et 3 sectors : Databases, Software et Financial Services.
